property inspection

Once your offer is accepted by the seller, you will need to have professional inspectors evaluate your home’s major systems.

For some homes, your agent may recommend other inspections, such as roof, chimney/fireplace, well, septic, pool/spa, arborist or mold.

When the inspection is complete, we are 80% done with our buying process. However, the inspections could also surface issues with the home that you and the seller need to negotiate to fix.​

When your transaction is nearly completed, you will receive a “closing statement” from the title company that details all of the financial details of your home purchase.

We will go over the closing statement with you to make sure there is no errors.

At the last step in the buying process, the title company will have you sign the final documents, including loan documents (“deeds of trust”).​​​
