Martha is originally from Boone, North Carolina.  She moved to Lake Norman in 1975.  She worked with Duke Energy and was transferred to Lake Wylie in 1990.  She moved back to Lake Norman in 1996.

Her career at Duke Power included customer service, marketing, and corporation communications. She takes pride in being of service and everyone she meets wants to be her friend.  Her extensive knowledge of Charlotte and Lake Norman and Lake Wylie and of the real estate process will make your move a successful one.

Her husband and real estate partner is Frank Free.  Frank started Lake Realty in 1991.  He is also a Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Instructor, former associate with an International CPA firm, served 4 years as Town Commissioner with the Town of Huntersville and owned and managed a recruiting firm. He brings a broad business background to the Lake Realty Team.
