Hello! My name is Carol Corey and I enjoy working with folks to help find
their dream home. Whether it is your first condo, home or that luxury estate
on the lake, I will work hard for you to find your special place.
First, a little about me. I was born in Atlanta and lived in Georgia through
my college years. The spirit of adventure took me to Colorado, where I lived
in the mountains, learned to ski and met Craig, my future husband. During
the "early years" I worked in the medical and legal fields. I moved to
Denver and we were married in 1980. In the military, we've lived in the
Washington, DC area, San Antonio, Texas and Fayetteville, NC. After the
military, we decided to settle in Davidson, NC. We've been here for 14 years
and it is the perfect place for us-a small college town close to a large
city.
My husband is in the medical field and we have two children. Our son just
graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and our daughter is a junior at West Virginia
University. In my free time I enjoy tennis, reading, snow skiing, going to
the beach, or relaxing out on the lake.
I have 12 years of Real Estate experience in three different states. I have
worked in the DC area, San Antonio, and for the past four years, in the Lake
Norman area. I enjoy all aspects of Real Estate whether it be listing and
selling your home or finding that perfect new home. We've built a home,
renovated one and bought several re-sales.
As your agent, I use a practical approach. I use my professional knowledge
and my personal experience to help you with your decisions. I will listen to
you and use common sense to help make your search as stress-free as
