sunrises, the waterfront restaurants, the
accessibility, the shopping,
etc. Lake Norman has something for everyone. That is why I am in Real Estate because I get the opportunity to sell something that I love. Just navigating around the area gives me an excited feeling of always being on vacation. I grew up one hour west of Lake Norman in the foothills of the North Carolina mountains. When I crossed the bridge on I-77 for first time and saw all that water, I knew right then where I was moving too and have only regretted not moving here sooner. That was ten years and I am still just as excited about the waterfront area. That is why Lake Norman Waterfront real estate became my specialty, specifically, property values. Hi, I am Meredith Jennings and thank you for visiting our web site. My husband and I moved to Davidson, NC, in September of 2003. We love it here. Both of us were born and raised in Memphis, TN. We attended Univ. of Memphis and in 1973 were transferred to Davenport, Iowa. From there we lived in Bloomfield Hills, MI and Chicago, IL. We have a daughter in Phoenix and a son here in Mooresville. We loved our time in the Midwest, but were transferred back to the South. When the children were in school I remained at home being very active as a volunteer for United Way and active in our church and schools. When the children left home I went to work for a major bank and then was the purchasing agent for an international security firm. I am always amazed at how my years as a volunteer enhanced my years of employment. When moving to NC I started my real estate career….and I love it! Having moved often, built new homes as well as renovated some as old as 1857, I felt I had something to offer.
